The Prophet, may Allah’s salah and salam be upon him, said: “When a man visits his Muslim brother (who is ill), he walks amidst the gardens of Paradise until he sits. Once he sits, mercy envelops him. If he visits him in the morning, seventy thousand angels send blessings upon him until evening, and if he visits in the evening, seventy thousand angels send blessings upon him until morning.”
