Whenever something occured that pleased the Prophet (may Allah’s salah and salam be upon him), he would say, "All praise is due to Allah, by whose favour righteous deeds are completed." Likewise, whenever something occured that he disliked, he would say, "All praise is due to Allah in all circumstances."
